Came quickly after the call, but the technician seemed a bit at a loss at my thermal bath. Didn't have the feeling that he knew what he was doing. In the end it took almost 20 minutes for 2 sentences for the billing. After complaining, I was credited with this time, otherwise I would have had to pay for it.
Maintenance at around 180 euros would be very expensive, I have now paid 90 euros net lump sum elsewhere including travel from Hamburg Lurup.

We can only agree with the previous speaker: from the request to the installation of the new heater: Top! Very friendly and competent staff, fair prices and fast reaction times! We are completely satisfied!

From the on-site visit, over the offer preparation, to the execution everything worked perfectly. The only criticism is that they are not the cheapest (counter offers were obtained), there are still 5 stars because I am willing to pay the money because I feel very well cared for.
