Questionable treatment with loyal customers: after the customer service was called on the day of the bridge (Friday, 4.10.) And we were told that there was no mechanic available, but you could pass by on Saturday (5.10.), We agreed with the condition that no weekend surcharge will be charged. Contrary to this agreement, we received an invoice with this weekend surcharge, which we cut and paid the bill. Then we were told that we could look for another plumber, which we now enjoy. Customer loyalty looks different ...

Had a pipe break on the heater on Saturday. The nice craftsman was immediately on the spot and repaired the damage. Brisk service, competent and friendly. What more do you want
