An awesome store with almost everything you need. We have been here multiple times looking for that unique gift and we always find it here. Multiple rooms and two story so don’t miss that. I usually leave with a few hundred Euro less.

I can only agree with those who have already been cheated by the seller. Here the customers are deliberately lied to and promises are made that are not right. I talked to other customers who were cheated, all of them were deliberately lied to and if the fraud from the salespeople is exposed then they make fun of the customers, you can't do anything about it, our legal department will tell you from the salesperson. Anyone who has been cheated can only guess go to court these criminal machinations must be stopped.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. Fireplace bought in September with delivery in 3-4 weeks. Ultimately, the fireplace came in mid-December and the whole thing was still without assembly instructions. Help and customer friendliness are not capitalized here in the entire process and everyone refers to the other. Only after threatening a lawyer was the delivery within 1 week. Funny I hope I never have to use the warranty process.

I had an appointment with Mr. Helff this week. I received very good advice and then bought a fireplace there. I am very satisfied with the expertise and you can look at almost all models in the store. The fireplace won't be delivered for a few weeks, but my impression is very good. I can only recommend Mr. Helff.
