A really impressive gym.I went to check out gym in the center of Jena hoping to find a place to address the stress of university and company. The experience was well above my expectations:modern equipments,excellent service, detailed personal exercise plan,many free courses and discounts for new members.
Those who like fitness will love this studio! It's very spacious, has a wide variety of devices, and super nice staff! Cleanliness is very important here and the view over Jena rounds off the matter perfectly. I can only recommend it
Nice studio but the cardio machines are not exactly the newest, especially the treadmills are still running on electricity, I personally didn't even know there are environmentally friendly machines. A punching bag is a nice thing here, but I find the constant beating on it and the resulting noise level very annoying. A trainer who controls the members somewhat during the exercises is completely absent or looks after the right thing. There is enough drink or in the post with a view is very good, the best in Jena. Hardly any proletarians and bitsches who flaunt their bodies, I also think it's good but has nothing to do with the studio. It is good but there is still a lot to improve with one of the best studios in Jrna except for the treadmills 😉
Great spinning / cycling course! Trainer even cater to music requests and knows everyone by name :)
Nice employees, good equipment and suitable opening times. The view is beautiful! Different courses are offered. I think the price-performance ratio is very good.
