On September 9th, Künzel HS company CHANGED WATER METERS in our house. After two weeks with neighbors it was found out that one of the water meters was running water. I checked water meters in my apartment and found that one of them is running water and I have WATER DAMAGE IN THE BATHROOM AND BEDROOM (exactly the cloakroom). I reported this immediately (23.09) and measured how much water ran out of the leak. Within 9 hours that was slightly more than 3 liters of water, which within 2 weeks results in at least 112 LITERS OF WATER THAT HAS FLOWED BETWEEN THE DRYWALL AND THE WALL IN THE FLOOR. After a few days, Mr. Künzel came to repair the leak. After a few days it came back (28.09) because it was still leaking. After my question: what about the water damage? Mr. Künzel said that someone would come and take care of it. Nobody came until 9.10. I started calling: property management, Künzel HS. Ultimately, the company that should take care of the drying. There I found out that they didn't know anything about damage to my apartment and they couldn't do anything without an order from Künzel HS. You send an email to Künzel HS, they should answer and place the order. Between 09.10 and 26.10 I tried to call Mr Künzel and Künzel HS 14 times (sometimes unsuccessfully) to ask when they would reply to the e-mail. ONLY WHEN I EXPRESSED “HIGHLY EMOTIONAL” WHAT I THINK OF THIS WHOLE, THING HAS MOVED. Drying machines were exhibited on October 28th. Unfortunately, that didn't do much, because WATER HAS BEEN IN THE SOIL FOR A LONG TIME AND MUSHROOMS AND SHIMMER HAVE DEVELOPED IN THE DRYWALL AND ON THE WALL. On November 6th, together with property management, drying company and Mr. Künzel we discussed what should be done next. It was decided to cut a few tiles in the ground, drill there and dry the floor. In addition to dismantling drywall on a wall because everything is moldy from the inside. It was also decided that it had to be done ASAP because MY WIFE IS PREGNANT. SHE MUST NOT LIVE IN SUCH CONDITIONS (we both work from home). I have allergies and asthma. So far, nothing has happened. PS. It costs us a lot of nerves, health and time. We just want to use our apartment normally as before. It's a two bedroom apartment that we bought last year. For almost 2 months we have only had stress and an unhealthy environment. For the first 5 days when the drying machines were running, we couldn't use the bathroom and bedroom (half the apartment). Over time the damage is always greater. Unfortunately, we will bear the consequences.

The company of Mr. Künzel is responsible for the house in which I have my shared flat and in our apartment is for weeks no real hot water pressure. I've called 3 times and I've been told that it's taken care of but it did not get any better. The first time I called about 5 or 6 weeks ago. That's why I have only one star for this unfortunately very poor service!
