Very uncomfortable mood in the shop, the seller is extremely rude and quickly becomes loud. A classic example of an outdated company that does not value customer satisfaction. I advise against a visit.

The owner was very rude and didn't let me pick up my package just because I showed my passport instead of my ID card. Very impolite

It is really a shame not to be taken seriously on site, but maybe the owner of the shop will reconsider his own behavior towards other people. The video rental also accepts packages for the shipping company DPD. My package was dropped off there and so I wanted to pick it up today. Unfortunately, I did not have my identity card with me, just my passport, my student ID and other documents that clearly showed that my identity could not be questioned. After I politely asked Mr. Töpfer to hand over my package, assured him that I was the recipient of the package and even showed him my order and shipping confirmation, Mr. Töpfer suddenly became very loud towards me, threatened to ban me and finally said I should go to the police. I can hardly put my disappointment at such behavior into words and I have never felt so unfairly treated as a woman. I find it really sad how people are dealt with here and I would almost say that Mr. Töpfer's behavior is inhumane towards women if I didn't know better. Each of us may have a bad day, but this is not the right way to make room for our own anger.
