This place takes you back to the times of Fichte and Novalis. Especially impressive is the recreation of a cave upstairs where you can follow the romantic obsession with the mysterious otherworldly realm beneath the earth's surface.

The exhibitions are prepared with great care. It's a pity that there is only German version. But the employees are nice and patient to foreigners.

A very nice building! The exhibits are extremely interesting and the lady at the front desk is very nice. With the tram at the stop "City Center Löbdergraben" it is only a few meters to walk. We recommend!
