The location is very easy accessible, few footsteps from Ernst-Abbe-Platz tram station. Most of the medicines are available, however if you desire medicines are not available right at that moment they are happy to take order. And you will get your medicines within short period of time.

~ S A F T L A D E N ~ Every visit is a reminder to buy from the online pharmacy in the future. The shop is full of clutter, but standard thrombosis syringes and 0815 drugs are not in stock and have to be ordered first - folks, it takes my life away if I have to come to your juice shop twice for each pack! Anyone who has a cashless payment terminal in 2020 that does not take credit cards has not heard the bang.

Medication ordered ... should be called .. did not work. Why not? The number was correct and stored. I expected to be informed if there were problems with the delivery of medication. Otherwise one is more likely to be above the customer than with the customer. Sometimes a couple of nice colleagues .. but sometimes also who only answer the questions briefly and concisely, right up to the limit where I call it "unruly". Top customer service looks different.

Some nice, competent employees, therefore not just a star. However, some advice in need of improvement for important medicines. And on request and then submitting an application as a pharmacist in the internship never reported again, although the possibility was already agreed in advance ..
