It is just not possible to reach someone by phone. I've been trying to make an appointment for a long time, but nobody answers. Seriously what's the point?!?! In the morning nobody answers or is forwarded, where they simply hang up. From 11 o'clock it says try it around 2 p.m., from 2 p.m. it means we don't make any more appointments ?!

I cannot understand the bad reviews about the citizen service. So far, all employees have always been very nice and helpful, no matter what it was about and the appointment allocation works well despite Corona. I can't report anything negative.

I think it's a cheek that nobody answers the phone and hangs up! And the mailbox announcement is activated on my last call. Just pure cheek!

Several attempts there to get someone on the phone were unsuccessful. When someone answered the phone, I was put through and suddenly the line was dead. Tried it again and after knocking it through 12 times I gave up. What are they doing there? NOTHING!
