By far the worst and most ineffective EMS training I have ever experienced. I was in a top studio in Heidelberg before, but the way was too far for me, great and effective EMS training, you could feel the muscles being stimulated with every single exercise. Care was taken to ensure that the exercises were carried out properly, because only then does the whole training make sense. I was looking for a studio nearby and the parking lot situation should be more or less suitable. At Groupon I came across this studio and thought: hey try it ... The training was conveyed by video, these exercises do not contribute to achieving a body / muscle tone. The electricity was just turned on all the way. I told the lady that I had a tight feeling in my chest and that it felt like my heart was about to explode. So she turned it down a bit again and told me with a groaning undertone that none of this would be of any use if the current wasn't running on the right frequency. Then I went back a second time and thought maybe you were just ailing and that is why I was so overly sensitive. But the same game at the 2nd appointment, I felt like I was on the electric chair, this definitely has nothing to do with EMS. Again the same thing that felt like my heart was jumping out of my chest, just uncontrolled electric shocks without muscle stimulation. Even after this appointment I felt really bad for the rest of the day that I decided not to use the Groupon voucher any more. I'm back in the old studio now. A difference like day and the deepest gray night with nightmares. If your health is important, steer clear of this studio. I don't want to know what would have happened to me if I had an irregular heartbeat, because the good lady practically executed me, because that's how it felt, and you need the fear that rises when you feel your heart beating out of sync not, especially not if you pay money for it.
