Everything was wonderful as it should be. Boss and employee were friendly and helpful. Garment could be cleaned quickly. With pleasure again.

We can not understand the other recessions, we were treated very friendly and courteous. The price is very good compared to others and within 24 hours the clothes were ready to be picked up. Our recommendation, always happy !!!

The elderly lady is the very last one. Very unfriendly to customers 2x I was already bemaulted because I have brought something to clean. Even my neighbors have been allowed to listen to spells. The owner should maybe think about other staff.

Just stood on Saturday, February 15th, 2020 at 12.56 p.m. in front of the closed door, although there are opening hours until 1 p.m. Once I was actually "lucky" .. my clothes were accepted by the most FRIENDLY employee I have ever seen. The opening times are a joke for working people. The employee rolls her eyes if you dare to come 5 minutes before the end. First of all, old-fashioned instructions, shirts are torn from the hand and angrily slammed on the counter. Unfortunately, there is otherwise only one other cleaning facility (Kaufland) in FT and it has a waiting time of 7 days for suits or shirts. There should be people who have to work during the week and Saturdays !!! When should they come? Have already had the experience with (as described in another post) hole in the shirt. As I said, unfortunately monopoly in FT otherwise the shop would have been bankrupt for years. Tip to the owner: staff can be trained. Polite customers should be able to show at least a minimum of respect.

So, I handed in my shirts 1 week ago. During the delivery the older lady said: "We don't wash at home, oh yes." We as customers were received without a greeting. Basically the lady was not friendly and we got the impression that she doesn't want a job. If so, I would ask the lady to choose another profession. After a week I pick up the shirts and she hands me 8 shirts from another customer. Fortunately, I notice it in front of the entrance and give the shirts and of course ask for my own shirts. I couldn't find any kindness on your part here either. It seemed normal to you, apparently. I do not recommend this cleaning service to anyone. Personally, this was the first and last time I handed in my shirts.
