I did not want to wait so I set off to get it. At least 20 minutes drive. I was driving to the parking lot when I got the call that it was the wrong product. Nice invested 40 minutes for free. This pharmacy proud should close better. The service is underground

Yesterday I was in the Erkenber pharmacy again and can not understand all the negative reviews. I have only had good experiences every time, starting with the friendly manner in which you are served, great willingness to help in the search for an alternative if - like yesterday - a medication is currently not available, but is very important to me. The delivery to the home worked just fine, even considering a very short time frame in which I could be reached. I can only recommend this pharmacy in every way. Always my pleasure. For me, it takes 20 minutes to get there.

Totally incompetent staff. Very helpless and disorganized. This pharmacy is definitely not recommended. Have ordered by phone a drug that was according to pharmacists at a certain time ready to pick up. Wanted to pick up the drug, but it was not there. The explanations were ridiculous. I asked why I was not informed by phone. There was no real answer. I have never experienced such a helpless and incompetent staff. That should not happen in a pharmacy. So better look for another pharmacy.

The pharmacy can not be eliminated, they have little medication in stock, and then say that you have to order this, and then you get it delivered to your home. After a long wait and ask by phone, I was told that it would have thrown it in the mailbox. I then convinced myself and found the medication flattened and destroyed packing.
