I was a customer for years and was always satisfied. Very nice and helpful staff, who even know you when you meet them privately. The advice is very detailed and competent - whether in person or by telephone. Even if you don't understand it straight away or have questions, they explain everything to you very patiently and in a friendly manner. Customers with disabilities have the opportunity to ring the doorbell if they cannot get up the first step and receive help. You can also order goods that are not necessarily available in pharmacies (various herbs, special cosmetics, etc.). Medicines can also - optionally - be delivered to your home. I called several times and told them which practice the recipe was in and they got it and delivered it. Several very friendly and helpful ladies and gentlemen deliver the medications and, if necessary, explain the intake, if it was specially noted. The deliveries always contain small giveaways and / or the pharmacy shop around. Mr. and Mrs. Brunn are very committed to the subject of "health". They have enormous knowledge - not only in pharmaceutical matters, but also in relation to "home remedies". In addition, they also offer services that cannot be found in other pharmacies - lung sports e.g. What more do you want? In my experience the best pharmacy in the whole of KL & the surrounding area, in which even the boss, a real old-school pharmacist, is personally involved! Otherwise only super nice and super hard-working pharmacists in the team. One is well informed about possible interactions and special side effects. Very modern equipment with computer-controlled medication dispensing, a very large and beautiful range of non-prescription items such as organic teas, Bach flowers, modern items such as ginger chewing gum against motion sickness and of course various remedies for all-round well-being and care. They are always trying to find the right thing for you without trying to talk you into something!
