I've been a customer for years and I've always been satisfied. Very nice and helpful staff, who even know you when you meet them privately. The consultations are very detailed and competent - whether in person or by telephone. Even if you don't understand it straight away or have questions, they explain everything to you very patiently and in a friendly manner. Customers with disabilities have the opportunity to ring the doorbell if they cannot get up the first step and receive help. You can also order goods that are not necessarily available in pharmacies (various herbs, special cosmetics, etc.). Medicines can also - optionally - be delivered to your home. I called several times and told them which practice the prescription was in and they picked it up and delivered it. Several very friendly and helpful ladies and gentlemen carry out the medications and, if necessary, explain the intake, if it was specially noted. The deliveries also always contain small giveaways and / or the pharmacy shop around. What more do you want? As already mentioned, I was completely satisfied with the service offered here.

Nice staff, tried very hard. If the really good pharmacy one village further, in Rodenbach the Celtic pharmacy is too far away, this is the place for you. Was even able to find a solution for the delivery problem of my parent drug - I was able to get other pack sizes, they made an effort!

Better than no pharmacy. However, friendly service looks different. If a drug is not there, you have to ask yourself whether it will be delivered to your home. In contrast, the pharmacy in Rodenbach is a service paradise. The medication ordered is delivered there within a short time.

I have been a customer in the Kreuz pharmacy for years, I always feel in good hands and advise. Especially if you live nearby, a medication is out of stock, it will be brought home. Great and friendly staff
