Excellent service - even if there are problems. Friendly, flexible and very customer-oriented! Best pharmacy in town! Update from September 3rd, 2020: It couldn't be easier at the moment! - I ordered a prescription from my doctor by email and asked to send it directly to the Fackeltor pharmacy. - Two days later I received an email from the Fackeltor pharmacy that my medication was ready to be picked up! Just great! And if you consider that the Fackeltor pharmacy also delivers, then this way is much easier and faster than with all online pharmacies, because you first have to get the prescription from the doctor, then send it to the pharmacy and only after receipt of the prescription, the medication is sent - which can then take a few more days.
