Appointments for a new customer are catastrophic, first it was possible in 1-2 weeks and I will be called back. After 3 days I called myself because nobody had contacted me ..... again, someone was unable to give me a specific appointment. Then you still have to call back, only now the big awakening .... an appointment is only possible in 6-8 weeks at the earliest. After my inquiry ... the regular customers of course take precedence, yes of course you can not win a satisfied new customer. So for a simple repair / inspection one seems to be too fine ... So service = grade 6, preferably no star
