Can not say anything negative. Employees are friendly, work to the utmost satisfaction and after work in an emergency there.

From a technical point of view I cannot say anything here as it did not come to that. But one star is too much for the rest. I know that I'm not the only customer in the world, but you want a commitment from a heating engineer. We want to have a completely new heating system built and went to Mr. Hunsinger on advice. After the first appointment in September, it took three requests and almost two months to finally get the offer. Then you try to contact the boss several times by phone (cell phone, in the company and via WhatsApp) to finally discuss the offer and clarify the further process, but this does not lead to any reaction. Then I wrote to him that one was annoyed by this behavior and promptly the answer came an hour later. No more space for my order and ignores it. Very weak suffering. As if you couldn't have known that two months earlier. He just doesn't like what you said. When the order books are full, it's nice, but you would still like a little communication. Well, you have to factor in wasted time at the company or at the boss. Based on my experience, I would advise against this company.
