Not a great collection, and the prices are a bit stiff. Variety of brands is good, but not the collections as such. Patrons are helpful though, and there are some very affordable brands as well.

Great prices and great shoes

Bought shoes today, one shoe was an exhibition piece (last piece in the right size). There were clear signs of use. There were only two employees in the store but there were countless customers. You stood in line for 20 minutes and when we asked if you could offer a small discount, we were snapped at that the shoe was already in the lowest price range and that our colleagues had seen worse shoes and that for the time being we were like that should find cheap shoes. Nothing was done about the price although countless threads peeked out of the shoe and the sole was black. That's why I go to Deichmann to buy used shoes ... And the statement that you have seen worse shoes is completely unprofessional because you work in the shoe world and are confronted with shoes every day. In other shops you stand for quality and even if there are only small signs of use you grant a discount, because you also stand for quality and we are not on the eBay classifieds platform, but where you buy new things. But not here. Absolutely cheeky and not professional. Schade have always had good experiences with Deichmann.

Cheaper than other shops, but sometimes poor quality. That happened to me with 2 pairs of shoes from here. The rest of the shoes were supposed to be fine. I'm not completely annoyed because these shoes were no more than € 35 (each).

Unfortunately the right thing for the eye and wallet or the size is not always out of stock
