I went there to buy shoes and was served by Lavinia. She was very rude, impatient and treated me like a toddler. I have to sit down there while she fetches the shoes from the warehouse. Then I was not allowed to take her shoes off, but only after I sat down and took off my own shoes, the shoes were given to me individually. I might have understood this as customer service, but when I asked what other colors the shoes were still available in, they replied that I would have to check the front for myself. You didn't care how the shoes fit me either. In addition, she is still super close to me without a mask. I am buying the shoes online now ... In such circumstances I do not support retailers. The two stars are there because the shop looks pretty nice.
