Yesterday I had to exchange my son's Adidas (120 €), they did not survive the first 48 hours. I had already prepared myself mentally for a difficult conversation. There were understandable arguments from both sides as to how this could come about. In the end I got a voucher and I am happy about the customer-friendly handling of the management - this is how customer loyalty works ... 🙏🏻

Yes, very nice staff Shoes were in my size because everything was great. The only thing I don't think is that you have to go up 1 floor to pay, not everyone is so good on foot

It is a shame that you are lured into the store with offers and that in the event of a problem, the reaction is so complicated. We just wanted to exchange a sweater from the 3 to 2 set, but unfortunately that was not possible. The lady tried really hard, but unfortunately the manager was not ready to show goodwill. So the offer was for and expired. It was the last purchase in this shop. For this reason, you can still order on the Internet, because there is actually more accommodating ... and the driving and parking fees are also eliminated here. It is very sad that local shops have no interest in getting customers into the store.
