I cannot judge the treatment and competence of the doctors - but if all of a sudden the entire proposed treatment plan is thrown overboard just because you mention that you have additional insurance, then I find it very questionable. So I decided on another orthodontist who didn't have the dollar signs in mind

As far as no problems with the treatment had. Unfortunately, people have been more concerned with the aesthetic aspect of my teeth than noticing the functional part. Teeth were optically well adjusted, but not in relation to the jaw. Consequences are a malocclusion with 9mm overbite, functional limitation of the jaw, a jaw malposition, muscle tension, as well as the fact that absolutely nothing fits together. Two years after completing my treatment, I am diagnosed with CMD, so that upper and lower jaw must be surgically fractured because the prior treatment did not pay attention to the damage my wisdom teeth cause. Then I may again wear a fixed braces .. So thank you, but I recommend this practice to anyone ... I think you are better off everywhere
