Well, a place, otherwise nothing
What is worth waiting for.
It is finally finished, the new and modern Hohenecken stop. Access is via a long staircase with a few steps or accessible for disabled people via a long tarred ramp / path. Access to the train is accessible for mobility-impaired travelers via a vehicle-bound ramp, which is set up by the train staff in order to bridge the gap between the platform and the train.
A ticket machine is of course also available (don't forget to buy a ticket!). The breakpoint, like all other breakpoints, has a dynamic font display (DSA) which informs about current restrictions.
Let's all hope that this beautiful new stopping point will not be a victim of senseless vandalism within the next few years. Good ride!
