Cochem Camping

Nice located camping with clean facilities. There is a mix of people who are touring and staying for longer. Joe and Pinni (both running the camping) where absolute legends, they will try to make your stay as comfortable as they can (incl. a nice spot in the shade)

Cheap Camping with good location, but sanitary was not sufficiently clean given today's COVID circumstances. Little privacy and packed close together.

Okay camping. You get what you see, a crowded place with a railroad nearby (which you can sleep through at night). Sanitary is ok. People are not quiet; you do not have a lot of time to sleep. Some staff were very friendly others were pretty grumpy. Camping closes for all cars at 21:00.

The crowded camping generates a bit of queues at the service. But it is a good space, with good service structure.

We done most of the Moselle and this was by far the most expensive site at €24.25 per night, including electric... Which they charge €1.50 to plug you in! River side is mostly permanent van, motorhome mostly get the back two rows, with no views except caravans. Toilets and showers are fine. Convenient for Cochem.
