I ordered eye patches over two weeks ago. I was told that they would be there in a day or two. I have stored my cell phone number so that you can call me when the pavement is there. A week later I called for the first time and asked where the patches would stay. I was promised a call back the same day, the call did not come. I called again a day later. I was told that the patches would be delivered on Monday, otherwise they would call again. On Mondays, I waited all day in vain. On Tuesdays I was again in the Aporheke. I was told that the patches would be ordered again and would be there in a day or two. Then on Wednesday I called and found out that the plasters had just arrived. I then picked them up myself to avoid further delays (15 days had already passed in the meantime!). Mistakes can happen, but for my taste, a few mistakes were too many. Nobody apologized either. Definitely my last visit to this pharmacy.
