I spent 4 years with this bank, which invokes data protection (if she does not want to act) and wants to make money out of every move. Service does not exist anymore. Not solutions either. They are not even offered if asked, unless they can earn money with them. Individual support is not possible if the contact with the customer is lost, you do not know each other and you are one of many. Then people are only managed. Solution-oriented work in the customer's sense looks different. However, it is solutions that make the customer satisfied.
