I gave a long evening dress to the dry cleaner and I'm just totally outraged and dissatisfied! Not only was the dress "forgotten" on the agreed pick-up date and I didn't get it back until two days later ... No, it was neither ironed nor cleaned because the stains on the hem were still there. The lining on the top was completely warped and wrinkled! There, NEVER again! Total insolence to give something back and still ask for money!
