I would really give ZERO !!! She told me that my drug is not available anywhere in Germany and that it comes from France, and that I have to pay 65 euros instead of 5 euros. That's how I paid because I really need it. But that was not true, and the drug is simply available in another pharmacy. I cannot cancel my order either.

You can forget the friendliness here! It was assumed that the drug is not available in Germany, therefore ordered from abroad, which I found in another pharmacy! Wanted to cancel the order but they didn't accept it! If I said I was a doctor, they would have done it differently! But ok .. one star is a lot !!!

I can only agree with the previous speaker regarding the friendliness of the staff. One by phone or directly on site unbelievable mess as here is sometimes spoken to the customer. Ms. Herrmann-Gries should attend a etiquette course or a seminar on how to speak to customers in retail in order to further bind them to a company. Customer loyalty / customer acquisition is definitely different! I was the last time there.

For the second time now I have been treated very unfriendly in this pharmacy. A third time, I'm definitely not going to risk it.
