wear this brand and type of boot for 20 years, never had any problems. now bought new boots at pebetex in veghel. unfortunately within a few weeks before I needed them for the real thing (she was walking in as they are very stiff when they are new) the stitching on the heel of both boots came loose from the inside. no damage from outside wondering if anything .i have submitted them to pebetex with the complaint .they would be checked by the supplier / manufacturer.nu almost 6 weeks later still nothing arranged by any party, i think this is a very bad service from both parties , both the supplier and the steitz company. since this is a pbm you can assume that it is good and safe. now they try to stitch it again. but what happens to the other stitching when they are back. I am now more than 6 weeks later and have myself always have to call after everything and have still not heard anything concrete. for me never steitz boots anymore and also in the whole department I will discourage it.very poor service from both parties. therefore have no confidence in this anymore. I expected a better solution from these 2 parties.
