Helpful staff. Unfortunately only a 4 star rating. Many drugs are not available and have to be ordered.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the behavior of the employees involved, a telephone inquiry and a telephone reservation for an article, with the information that we are going to buy the article immediately. Half an hour later (25 km) in the pharmacy, I get the information from the young employee that the item was probably sold. The name on which the reservation was made was known. No feedback via mobile phone that we should not come because the item was sold elsewhere, no excuse. For me, unprofessional and out of date. Unfortunately 👎🏻
