Slow editing. The due date for a house purchase was October 1st, 2020 ... There has been no payment to this day, allegedly a document was still missing, a letter was sent on October 8th, but it didn't reach us until October 17th. What was missing was submitted quickly, but it was processed very slowly because no one was interested in the seller being able to claim default interest. Due to the slow processing, I lost 2 weeks and it looks like 2 more weeks will go into the country .. so customer-oriented is something else ..

Our experiences, as described in the previous recessions, very slow processing, no possibility to talk to his clerk and you will be held up on the phone and lied to about the status of the processing. I personally submitted the 3rd and last application for a student loan (luckily the last time) in April. The confirmation of receipt came in June. The first request in August said that the application was being processed. On the second request at the end of September, it was said that the notification will be with you in mid-October. The third inquiry on November 10th said, will be with you in 2 weeks. Today the 4th call, this time we weren't so patient, it was said that the application had not even been processed on the grounds that it was complicated because we have 2 children in training. Mind you, you were also in training for the first 2 applications. It's actually a shame, because it's a good thing / support in itself. Just bad, outrageously long processing time and constant excuses on the phone. Ascent BAföG applied for in September, the confirmation of receipt came at the beginning of October. In the middle of October I received a letter that the documents were not complete. Everything was submitted very quickly via email. At the beginning of November there is another letter, there is no negative certificate from the client, although it was not stated anywhere that this should be included. Was also quickly submitted by email. After four weeks in December, the processing department called, I was assured that I would get the mail in the next few days. Of course nothing came of that ... In the middle of January (again after 4 weeks) the next call and I get an answer like this: "It is checked whether the training is eligible at all, since the training takes place online ..." What is that supposed to mean ??? This is a further training from the IHK with a recognized IHK degree (IHK business economist)! Here everything is apparently being done against the applicant ... Mind that several other participants from my course received this funding without any problems ... Update: after I contacted Ms. Schmax, the case was resolved very competently and professionally within 24 hours. A short time later I received the notification.
