Training without special equipment, but with your own body is the concept of Mrs Sporty! If you are looking for a treadmill, you should visit a typical gym and not criticize the concept of a fitness studio, which you can find out about in advance. 2. It is true that longer free trials are not possible without further ado, but that a contract is presented after a brief glimpse into the type of training. It's a bit strange to me, too, but you have a contract right of withdrawal if you don't like it. And even when you're in the club, of course you have every right to read carefully what you're signing. If you don't do that, it's somehow your own fault ... -> I myself had won and redeemed a free trial month at the beginning of 2019, had to sign an annual contract, but was allowed to cancel at the end of the month because I couldn't afford the very high prices. However, I also think that the club and Mrs Sporty in general would be better off not pushing interested parties directly into membership! Why can't I take a friend with me and show her how much fun the training is without having to leave her signature there? That should scare most of the people off and so far it has kept me from actively advertising.

Very rude employee on the phone. No competent advice and apparently no motivation for new prospective customers to put in some effort.

Nicely set up and the circuit training is awesome!

I became aware of the studio on Facebook. It advertised with a slogan that suggests that test persons are sought. This is very misleading, because you only get a discounted price after the contract has been signed. Well ... I went for a test session with my sister. We arrived, no free parking. The studio consists of a training room, a tiny changing room without lockable cupboards and a toilet. No shower ...... in the studio no devices ..... After we gave the trainer various information, eg goals, ideas and any restrictions it should start .... I was still looking for the devices .... Speaking of restrictions ...... I have a few concerning the knees ....... Without warming up I started straight away. First hurdle: the board ..... well, climbing stairs is very painful for me ..... then in front of the screen ..... ok, I'll shorten ....... 80 percent of the exercises I can't do it because they all require working knees. After the 'training', two contract options were presented ...... just under 53, once 63 plus fees ..... Seriously? Well, I went to it because of my knee pain. If I want to bumble in front of a screen I buy a Wii .... cheaper and above all in a pleasant atmosphere ..... Every trained trainer should have recognized from my complaints and restrictions that this form was not feasible for me

My better half trained here as part of a week long keel stay (she's usually in another Mrs.Sporty club) and was totally happy with everything
