Simply great teaching! :)
This kind of yoga is wonderful. With Kristin you can do as much as you can, go as far as you want and take as much as you want to allow yourself. That being said, it makes for great sore muscles and great pleasure. Highly recommended for everyone!
HEART AND UNDERSTANDING - The powerful, precise alignment principles of Anusara Yoga are imparted by the teacher Kristin Dahlhaus with great dedication and a high level of professional competence. The rooms are bright and pleasant. Too bad that I do not live in Kiel and can often come to Kristin's yoga class!
