Time for contemplation, a look inside, but also to work out, body, mind and soul come into the flow, all under highly professional guidance, with spiritual input and great music! At the same time there is a very personal contact, the atmosphere is just great ... I can warmly recommend this studio with its teachers to you !!

Great teachers who make every hour accessible to everyone, great yoga that gives you that "reset feeling" and a great location that makes switching off easy. Plus: sore muscles and good music included! Absolutely there.
