I did a trial training here and 1 week beforehand at Bodystreet - and experienced great differences: Andreas von Mandu responded to my goals and actually geared the training towards them. In addition, he dealt with my athrosis with exercises. In addition, the trial training was free, the advice was great, the scheduling more flexible and the prices cheap. At the other store, only absolute standard exercises were carried out despite being asked about the goals. I asked if there was a protein drink available - but there were only 17 grams in 300 ml, i.e. only 5.6 grams per 100 ml - but around 25 g of sugar ...

A challenging workout for athletes too! Before it really starts, data such as body fat, muscle mass and imbalances are determined so that the training progress can be observed. The training itself only lasts a good 20 minutes, but after that I am always exhausted. Otherwise, Andreas is a competent trainer who approaches and motivates my weak points with me. The studio is very clean and the equipment is new, towels and water are provided.

Nice trainer and you're really broken for the next few days. I've been here for almost 25 weeks and I'm really satisfied. A lot has changed optically over the years.
