For two years I have been taking part in yoga courses regularly and I am convinced of the consistently demanding units. In addition, the lesson is accompanied by various meditations or a small fitness program. The course instructor spontaneously responds to current and individual needs. In the case of specific physical weaknesses, we react professionally to the respective problem. Thanks to the warm and familiar atmosphere, I felt very comfortable right from the start. The dojo therefore stands for close supervision and a trusting relationship with one another.
I've been with it for a while, nice atmosphere, it's nice that there are small groups, the trainer caters to every need. I think the training is also offered online at any time very well, the trainer also pays attention to the online participants, I often use it for reasons of time
Nice relaxing ambience. The Yôga courses are carefully thought out and individual requirements are addressed. Small groups, the trainer takes time for everyone. Really recommendable!
