An absolute disaster. Once you have registered here, it is very difficult to get out. The support underground bad Ironic, listless and just not helping. The people on the phone never really listened to me. As a former 5-year-old member, I cannot recommend anyone to register here.

Update II: Despite cancellation and correspondence, it was debited. An attempt is now being made with a reminder with "invented" fees to claim 30.60 euros instead of 19.80 euros. Serious is something else. The administration ducks and the studio refers to the administration. All because of a remaining term of 4 months. INCREDIBLE!!! Update I: The administration in Kiel has now reacted. The contributions for the corona pandemic will be reimbursed. The termination will only be accepted with reservation if I submit an application for suspension or provide detailed information about the illness. This is not legal because there is a medical certificate. What a riot because of. 4 months remaining term. The on-site studio can hardly help and depends on the administration in Kiel. Terminated due to a medical certificate. Unfortunately no reactions despite multiple inquiries. To date no confirmation of termination received. But it continues to be debited. It just sucks. The contributions collected during the corona pandemic (closure) have also not yet been reimbursed. It seems that it is difficult to deal with dismissals. Unprofessional behavior.

My husband and I would never sign a contract with Wellyou again because the word "goodwill" is written in lower case at Wellyou. After three registered letters, one email, five calls and three different statements from all three employees, we received a statement of our dismissals after 11 weeks. So we wonder why you pay an administration fee if nothing is processed. We understand the current situation because of Corona, of course, if there are a bit more bureaucratic things involved, but a whole 11 weeks .... Of course, they are not the only ones where we quit and it didn't take us 11 weeks to get an answer, but mostly only three days, where the cancellation was not a problem with the move of over 850km. All these contractual partners accepted our dismissals as a goodwill, but unfortunately not Wellyou. Wellyou insists on the BGH judgment. Wellyou is not doing himself a favor with that. Every well-known fitness studio has not insisted on the BGH judgment for a long time, because every studio knows that only a satisfied and adopted member is a potential "new customer" if he moves again and finds such a studio nearby. Unfortunately Wellyou doesn't do us any good in terms of health. A gym should support health rather than thwart you. Since we are unfortunately only going to be out of the contract for a whole year, we are unfortunately unable to register for a new gym at the moment, because money does not grow on trees. So for a whole year we have to pay two contributions per month including administration fee, for a studio which is 850km away and we have no use of. It is a shame and sad that Wellyou has no goodwill for private changes, but only insists on the BGH judgment, so you can also get membership fees.

Rip off my contract is 1 year to 19.99 € a month but the reality is more than 25 € off this month again 38 € count incredible rip-off would advise against all because of cheap gyms in northern Germany ... ridiculous. . !!!
