Very nice studio, attentive and friendly teacher. Varied program with Hot Yoga, Hot Vinyasa and Hot Pilates. Daily several courses also on weekends, so that one always finds a suitable appointment. Hot yoga is certainly not the right thing for everyone, but who has enjoyed the wonderful aftereffects remains mostly there.
