My favorite yoga studio in Kiel :) Great teachers and everything from breathing, relaxation and asanas as well as meditation!
Here you can visit wonderful, relaxing and demanding yoga classes. In groups of up to 12 participants, the yoga teachers can also address you individually, support you and give you inspiration for your own yoga practice.
For one year I have been doing yoga teacher training at Tatjana and I am thrilled. A wonderful group, always an open ear, high quality yoga classes, great trained yoga teachers, beautiful rooms and last but not least a great cohesion. I'm happy to go back every week. We recommend.
This yoga center has many advantages: It offers a diverse program for all age groups - for beginners and advanced. Participation in open hours enables you to participate even if your schedule is tight and well filled.
Tatjana's courses are characterized by intensive and individual support that constantly moves you forward.
And last but not least, the training takes place in pleasant, bright rooms.
I have been doing my yoga teacher training here since January 2017 and I am absolutely thrilled! Our training manager is just great and always has an open ear and good advice for us, even with personal questions and problems. I feel super comfortable and can recommend the training at Yoga Vidya Kiel to everyone!
