Aerial Yoga is so relaxing and makes Nicole a lot of fun because she always picks you up where you are. She has a calming voice and designs differently every hour. There is something new every week, and my back is always "looking forward" to the reversal postures that do not give back pain a chance.
Nicole has the wonderful ability to ask the right questions so that solutions can develop organically. She has a wonderfully motivating, open and heartfelt nature. Some great solutions she has already developed for challenges in my life and helped me a lot. I can really recommend coaching with her!
Unfortunately we could not relax during the Aerial Yoga lessons. There were rather unfriendly corrections and anatomically questionable explanations. Would not recommend me and my girlfriend.
As a new Pilates trainer I would like to give you a short feedback on the Pilates Basic training at Nicole. She taught the seminar content in a competent and practical way and thus provided me with the tools to pass on this knowledge theoretically and practically to my participants in future Pilates courses. If you really want to learn Pilates from the ground up, I can only recommend the training with Nicole :-).
