Nice gym
You can easily do a free trial training session there. The free weight area is very well equipped with high quality equipment. My absolute favourite!
Nice but too expensive
It is never too crowded in the studio, the trainers are super nice and helpful, they are always on hand and also make sure that you are doing your exercises correctly. Also, if a new plan is needed, it is done very promptly.
I would only wish that you would be properly greeted and said goodbye at the reception, because it is not okay to get the feeling that you are invisible or not welcome. Nevertheless, I like going there because the contact with other members and trainers is really great :-)
Before I started at Kiels I had already looked at 2 studios, and I have to say Kiels is really the best studio, it starts with the staff: great team, all very nice, but above all it takes time !!! I'm so excited about a nice studio, the showers etc. are very clean, I'm really looking forward to the pounds falling :)
