I was more than dissatisfied with this service! I brought my winter jacket over to be cleaned. With the result: 1. The winter jacket was unfortunately not clean after cleaning. 2. The winter jacket is received! Together with the receipt from the cleaning department, I returned the jacket for inspection. I got neither compensation nor apology back. It was said that the complaint could not be accepted because the number in the jacket was no longer there. In addition, the jacket would not look like it has been cleaned (Yes! That is really a shame !!!!!). Wasted money on cleaning, wasted my time on unfriendly phone calls and ruined a valuable winter jacket! That was the first and the last time at Sehms Point of Service!

CAUTION, the opening times of the homepage are not being adhered to. I'm standing in front of the closed door ... very angry and or outrageous.

Jacket given for cleaning 3 complaints and still not clean, then I took the jacket with me and found at home that the zipper was broken, drove back and heard nothing there. The result for me was driven 40 km and still a dirty jacket, never again.

I can not complain about a lack of friendliness. Yesterday at 29 degrees (indoors loose 35 degrees) 4 pants submitted. The lady was very friendly and relaxed.
