I had very bad experience here. You are being controlled. They controlled how clean your clothes will be.i paid to dry my clothes every other works my not My clothes was also luck up in the machine. I called the customer service. But the lady was just kind of rude.
I think they have a lot of things to changed.

from college to old punk, everyone without a wama has to (or should) wash. it is best to bring your own washing powder. is then € 0.50 cheaper and it smells so great individually😂
Very sad that no visitor except me is wearing a mask, you feel very uncomfortable while waiting for the laundry to be done
I cannot put a washing machine. A good thing and sometimes nice conversations with other customers.
