Sehms Point of Service

Two times a shirt was lost to me and I had to run after both times in the refund. The quality is also a maximum middle class. Due to the prices there is a second star. I'm going or not going anymore.

The dark-haired employee with the Berlin accent is unfortunately a total failure: unfriendly / snotty. The others were all very nice ... Update: the service is getting worse ...

Rude, unwilling, incompetent - never again. And technically on the level of the 80s. Let's see how long such a place survives.

I gave a perfectly normal dress (made of viscose) to be washed and ironed in the cleaning department at Blücherplatz - with the note that it was for a wedding (regarding finishing). The dress looked underground. As if it had been rolled up, dried and then hung up without ironing. It could now be cleaned again. 7 euros for nothing + additional stress. Never again!

I can only warn against this cleaning! Two jackets were cleaned here and both had holes afterwards!
