Grünewald Bärbel Wäscherei und Chemische Reinigung

I'm very satisfied. Dropped my son's suit there. Unfortunately, it had been misused as a berth by my children's cat. And accordingly not good smelling and full of hair. How embarrassing. I was allowed to pick up the suit two days after it was handed in. Super clean, fragrant, like new. Absolutely great. I would like to thank you again from the bottom of my heart for this great work. You are awesome. I will gladly come again.

Unfortunately, I have to revise my opinion 2 months ago. The second time that a shirt was not clean, but there were stains on it. Also, I have to say that I really love dogs over everything, but a dog has m.E. nothing to look for between the cleaned laundry. So I'm looking for another cleaning.

I like going there and have had no negative experiences so far. Be it with the laundry or with the tailoring. So everything to my complete satisfaction. The only thing that bothers me is the sometimes very long waiting times when you give something to the tailor.

I occasionally hand over all of my laundry there if I cannot wash myself because I am away for a long time or because I am just too lazy to wash. Ms. Grünewald is always very nice and sometimes has a teasing saying in store. But always respectful and endeavored to be satisfied with their work. Your dog is cute and very tame. But I can understand people who are afraid of dogs because he is a little taller. The prices are reasonable and my laundry has been scented clean and tidy until now (there was a small stain on one side, but it could also have been a mistake on my part, so it does not affect the rating). Is there anything left to say? Actually only that I wish the company all the best and I personally wish Ms. Grünewald all the best.
