Prices aren't cheap, but okay, I always do my laundry here. The machine broke recently, so it didn't recognize any money or gave it back. But nobody can do anything for that. We used the service phone to call the technician, who soon came by and unlocked the machines for us with a key - we were able to give him the money in cash. The defective machine was taken care of. It's just a shame that a few dryers are out of order more often and that you sometimes have to wait for a machine to be available.
