Our office has not been cleaned for four weeks, that's 8 appointments that were missed without excuse. When asked after a week without service, an alternative date was promised on the same day, but was not kept.

Unfortunately not recommended at all! - Damage caused by an employee. - Didn't have a suitable manager, even though an employee was on site beforehand to take a look at the locations. (Offer was created) - Damage of more than € 3,000 was caused by the fall of an employee. - Spiegelblank company now claims that the windows that were cleaned were not mentioned in the offer at all. (Just stupid that we have everything in black and white ...) - So far, no payment has been made by the insurance company, because Spiegelblank distorts the facts in their favor.
