In this pharmacy, apparently only those who like the top pharmacist are well served. My friend was turned away and was told that the recipe would only be available in 6 weeks, and that she didn't want to take the second recipe because of a crack. 10 meters further, she gets the prescriptions in 24 hours and half the price as they were handed in Not recommendable

My experience with the employee was shocking and devastating. She refused to accept a prescription that had been damaged by a zipper on the wallet, although all the information was legible. The statement that the health insurances do not redeem damaged prescriptions is simply a false statement. The used drug said it would take 3 weeks before it could be delivered. In Germany, EVERY drug must be available within 6 hours. For another recipe, she charged an additional payment of over € 50 although I had only paid € 23.50 for the same recipe in the past few months. In the neighboring pharmacy it worked without any problems, all additional payment amounts were correct, the sketched prescription is not a problem and the delivery time for the medication is 12 hours later .... What doesn't work here in the Kronenapotheke? I cannot recommend such dealings with customers. Please avoid the crown pharmacy.

Friendly staff. The only pharmacy that I know of in Germany that produces ciclosporin eye drops!
