Like other customers, I was also able to listen to an aggressive and excessive lecture on bank fees and the bad credit cards when I wanted to pay contactless (as possible everywhere else and expressly requested because of corona). Although I got the ec card out as an alternative, the reproachful babble didn't stop until the end. Not even when I told him it was good now. Unfortunately there was not enough time to go somewhere else, so I unfortunately had to flush money into the till with my recipe. The hello and bye came absolutely tormented - you feel anything but welcome. My wife reported similar behavior when she just had a question about a drug. Somehow this gentleman has a very big problem. Maybe he should rather take care of the current Corona hygiene measures instead of wearing a mask with exhalation valve (!) And thus endanger employees and customers. Protect yourself beautifully, but expect customers to enter their PIN by finger on the Ec device. No disinfectants available for customers and no contactless payment possible. Never again this pharmacy.

I made a phone call to the pharmacy. I spoke politely to the pharmacist and was able to listen to her. So I noticed how she complained that I didn't hang up. I asked her about it and she said it was rude and literally hit me. I find it just as rude to approach a customer ... plus high prices. I no longer shop there.

I was just when I wanted to pay with my Visa card, urged to pay with debit card. The amount should be deducted from the account linked to Visa. I was given a lecture on how high the poor pharmacy cost (where does the term "pharmacy prices" come from, right from the damn good profit margin ...) pay for it. I asked to buy the over-the-counter medications elsewhere. Then it suddenly happened. We live in 2019 and paying with Visa is the norm. Never before have I been so instructively "asked" to pay by debit card. But, dear Phoenix Pharmacy: They will never again confront me with any map. I will not come back. In the pharmacy in the shopping center not far away, you can even happily accept my evil American Express card and are also polite. Incidentally, the insanely high fees amount to 0.03% and the pharmacy has now shunned a customer for 7.5 cents Bravo! Well done.

Many expensive prices. Then prefer to a cheaper district.
