Today I wanted to pick up the free FFP2 masks after my trout pharmacy ran out of masks.
I should show my ID and was told that I don't live here!
The masks would only be for regular customers!
So much for service. The pharmacist also found it difficult to fill out a document, so I preferred to leave the shop.
Maybe you should explain the legal guidelines to our fellow human beings who work here.
I can only recommend them. Very good advice.
