Fabulous pharmacy, friendly, helpful and if they don't have something, they'll get it for you. Super, suprer, pharmacy.
On December 31st at 9:40 pm I was at this pharmacy for emergency service and used the night bell (open according to the website). This was obviously also registered by 2 employees who looked at me again and again but otherwise did not show their appreciation. After waiting outside in the rain for 20 minutes, one of the employees finally noticed me and gave me a shrug and a shake of the head. Why I had to wait so long for such a reaction that was obviously delayed until after work is absolutely incomprehensible to me. I just find this kind of behavior unbelievably wrong and I have never seen it before. I will avoid a pharmacy like this in the future.
Anyone who has something to complain about about this apothecary should ask themselves if it might not be their own behavior.
A pharmacy that you can recommend, you are treated fairly, the pharmacy staff is friendly, the boss is correct, I can't understand that some people give the gentleman a bad rating, that's not fair, he does a good job with kind regards Frank Brandenburg
Best pharmacy in all of Kiel. Except for Tobias, he can't read and therefore doesn't know that the pharmacy was closed for New Year's Eve.
